The October 11, 2008 episode of the popular TLC home-renovation series “Flip That House” followed the story of first-time house flipper Justin, who had just purchased a foreclosed property in Sherman Oaks, California, complete with 10’ x 30’ lap-pool fitted with a natural gas pool-heater.
